Q&F Partners Limited is responsible for your personal information. 10ex.uk manages our enquiries, administration, quotes and customer communications on our behalf.

Information we collect
We may collect your name, address, postcode, email address, telephone number, project requirements, measurements, photographs, chosen products, quote information and any messages you send us. We may also collect basic website and device information through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to your enquiry; prepare, send and follow up your quote; contact you by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry; arrange surveys, orders, payments and installations; provide customer service, warranties and aftercare; maintain business, accounting and legal records; protect our systems and prevent fraud; and send offers and promotions where you have chosen to receive them.
We process quote enquiries because you have asked us to take steps towards providing our services. We process orders and installations to fulfil our contract with you. 10ex.uk provides our lead-management, administrative and communication services. It may access your enquiry, prepare or send your quote, and contact you on behalf of Eco Fences by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
10ex.uk must handle this information for Eco Fences and in accordance with our instructions. It is not permitted to use Eco Fences customer information for unrelated purposes.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We only send optional promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp messages where we have the required permission or another lawful basis.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using an unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or contacting ecofences@10ex.uk. We may keep a minimal suppression record to ensure we respect your request.
Sharing your information
We may share information where necessary with 10ex.uk, installers, product suppliers, delivery providers, payment or finance providers, website and form providers, cloud and communication services, professional advisers, insurers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities.
These organisations may only receive the information needed for their role. We do not sell your personal information.
If you choose to apply for finance, the finance provider may use your information under its own privacy policy and will be responsible for its lending decision.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not become orders are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer, contract and financial records may normally be kept for up to six years. Installation and warranty information may be kept for the applicable warranty and claims period. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer required.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no online or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information. You may object to certain uses and may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
